| MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION Click here for a copy of our Membership Application. An application form pdf will open. You can fill the application out online, or print it off to fill out by hand, or download it onto your computer to be filled out or printed later. If you fill it out online, it must then be printed off to be signed. (Unfortunately, a filled in copy cannot be saved to your computer, but you can print off a filled in form to save for your records.) BE SURE TO SIGN THE APPLICATION IN ALL PLACES REQUIRING A SIGNATURE. USE OF THE PARK IS NOT PERMITTED UNTIL WE RECEIVE YOUR SIGNED APPLICATION AND FEE. Thank you for your cooperation. The application may be submitted two ways: Fill the application out, print it (or print it out blank and fill it out by hand), SIGN IT then mail it, along with a check for the appropriate membership fee to: KBEA, PO Box 3120, Homer, Alaska 99603 OR The completed application may be printed off, then SIGNED, then scanned into your computer, then attached to an email to rmeidem@acsalaska.net Then send your check for the appropriate membership fee to the address above OR You may now pay your membership fees online!!!
